R V Bailey has published six poetry collections.  An academic all her life, she was also contributed as extra voice (and other necessary noises) in her late partner UA Fanthorpe’s poetry readings; together they also led poetry courses, and judged a range of poetry competitions etc. throughout the UK and overseas. RVB has also recently edited a couple of contemporary poetry anthologies, and is a regular reviews poetry for Envoi and other magazines.

June Hall lives in Bath and is married to the novelist, Greg Hall.  She has published two collections, The Now of Snow (Belgrave Press, 2004) and Bowing to Winter (Belgrave Press, 2010). Uncharted is her third (Belgrave Press, 2017).  She also co-edited The Book of Love and Loss (Belgrave Press, 2014) with R V Bailey.  Her poems have also appeared in a wide variety of poetry magazines.

Jacqueline Saphra The Kitchen of Lovely Contraptions (flipped eye) was nominated for the Aldeburgh First Collection Prize. The Saboteur award-winning If I Lay On My Back I Saw Nothing But Naked Women was published by The Emma Press in 2014 and All My Mad Mothers is due from Nine Arches Press in 2017.  She teaches for The Poetry School.

Anne-Marie Fyfe’s fifth poetry collection is House of Small Absences (Seren Books, 2015). Born in Cushendall, Co. Antrim, Ireland, Anne-Marie lives in London where she works as an arts organiser. She has run Coffee-House Poetry’s readings & classes at London’s leading live literature venue, the Troubadour, since 1997, is Poetry Co-ordinator for the annual John Hewitt International Summer School in Ireland, & is a former chair of the UK’s Poetry Society. www.annemariefyfe.com

David Clarke's first pamphlet Gaud won the Michael Marks Award in 2013. His first full collection, Arc, was published by Nine Arches in 2015 and was longlisted for the Polari First Book Prize. Recent poems have appeared in magazines such as Long Poem Magazine, Magma, Bare Fiction and Tears in the Fence. He currently teaches on-line for The Poetry School.

Cliff Yates’ latest collection, published by smith|doorstop in 2016, is Jam. His various collections include Henry’s Clock, winner of both the Aldeburgh first collection prize and the Poetry Business book & pamphlet competition, Frank Freeman’s Dancing School (Arts Council England Writer’s Award) and Selected Poems, a smith|doorstop ebook. He wrote Jumpstart Poetry in the Secondary School during his time as Poetry Society poet-in-residence, following the success of his students at Maharishi School in poetry competitions. He has led courses and workshops for the Arvon Foundation, the Poetry Society, the British Council, universities and schools in the UK and abroad.

Graham Burchell was born in Canterbury and now lives in South Devon. In between he has lived in Zambia, Saudi Arabia, Tenerife, Mexico, France, Chile and the United States. He has an M.A. in Creative Writing from Bath Spa University and following his Pindrop Press publication, ‘The Chongololo Club’, his third collection ‘Kate' and his fourth ‘Cottage Pi’ (one of the winners of the inaugural Sentinel poetry book competition) were published in 2015. He was the 2012 Canterbury Festival Poet of the Year, a 2013 Hawthornden Fellow and winner of the 2015 Stanza competition.

Martyn Crucefix has won numerous prizes including a major Eric Gregory award and a Hawthornden Fellowship. He has published 7 collections of poetry including Hurt (Enitharmon, 2010): “an exceptional ear . . . superbly intelligent . . . urgent, heartfelt, controlled and masterful.” (Kathryn Maris, Poetry London). His translation of Rilke’s Duino Elegies (Enitharmon, 2006) was shortlisted for the Popescu Prize for European Poetry Translation and hailed as “unlikely to be bettered for very many years” (Magma). His translation of Rilke’s The Sonnets to Orpheus appeared from Enitharmon in 2012. Recent original collections include The Time We Turned (Shearsman, 2014), A Hatfield Mass (Worple Press, 2014) and Daodejing – a new version in English has just been published. Daniel Sluman is a 29-year-old poet and disability rights activist based in Oxfordshire, UK. He gained a BA and MA in Creative Writing from the University of  Gloucestershire, and has previously held editorial roles at Dead Ink, Iota, and the award-winning disability anthology FTW: Poets against Atos. He was named one of Huffington Post’s Top 5 British Poets to Watch in 2015, and his debut poetry collection Absence has a weight of its own was released by Nine Arches Press to critical acclaim in 2012. His latest collection of poems is the terrible, also through Nine Arches Press.

Born in London in 1971, Adam Horovitz moved with his parents to Stroud, Gloucestershire the same year. He has been active as a poet since the 1990s but has been writing since childhood. He is as interested in the presentation of poetry as he is in the writing of it. His debut collection, Turning, was published by Headland in 2011. He was awarded a Hawthornden Fellowship in 2012 and released A Thousand Laurie Lees, which draws on memoir, myth and literature inspired by Cider with Rosie country in 2014. He was one of the Versopolis poets, chosen by Ledbury Poetry Festival, in 2015 and released Little Metropolis, a CD of poetry and music, the same year. He is the current Herefordshire poet-in-residence.

Valerie Laws (www.valerielaws.com ): Northumbrian poet, crime novelist, science poetry installation artist, playwright and mathematician/physicist with four full poetry collections among her thirteen published books. She devises new poetic forms and science-themed poetry installations and commissions including the infamous Arts Council–funded Quantum Sheep, spray-painting haiku onto live sheep. 
Her recent collections THE FACEBOOK OF THE DEAD and especially ALL THAT LIVES arise from several funded Residencies with pathologists, neuroscientists and anatomists researching the science of dying. She featured in BBC2’s Why Poetry Matters and performs worldwide live and in the media. Prizes and awards include a Wellcome Trust Arts Award, two Northern Writers’ Awards and many poetry prizes.
